What AutoFS commits to today, and what we will only publish once we can stand behind it. We do not advertise an uptime number we are not yet measuring.
Last updated: 14 June 2026
AutoFS is moving through launch. We have not published an uptime percentage and will not do so until external monitoring, alerting, and clear incident ownership are live and proven over a meaningful period. We would rather state nothing than advertise a figure we are not yet measuring and accountable to.
When a formal availability target, measurement method, and any service credits are in place, they will be published on this page and dated. Until then, the commitments below are the ones we already hold ourselves to.
For how we protect and recover your data, see Security.
If the service is disrupted, our priority is to restore it and to keep affected firms informed. Personal-data and security incidents follow the notification timelines set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. As part of standing up this SLA we are establishing a public status page and named incident ownership, which will be linked here once live.
These are commitments to publish honestly when ready — not a guarantee of any specific number today.
