How plans work
- A client is an entity you prepare statements for. Archived clients do not count.
- At your limit you can still view and download everything; only adding clients or team members pauses.
- If a paid plan expires, existing clients stay readable; new Tally pulls and finalising pause until you renew.
- Plans do not renew automatically. During the pilot, write to support and we set up each year's plan for you.
