Annual plans

Plans are annual and paid in advance.

Charged twice or in error

If you were charged twice or in error, we refund the extra amount in full to the original payment method.

Other requests

For any other request, write to support@autofs.in with your invoice number. We review each request and reply by email.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back through Razorpay; your bank decides how quickly the money shows.

After a refund

A refunded plan returns the firm to the Free plan.
