What the software is

The software is a tool for preparing financial statements of non-corporate entities from Tally data. It does the arithmetic and the layout. Professional judgment, and the statements you sign, remain your responsibility: review every set before you rely on it.

Accounts and team members

• You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• The firm owner decides who joins the firm and what role they have, and is responsible for what team members do in the firm's account.
• You must have your clients' permission to bring their data into the software.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are annual and paid in advance. Prices exclude GST, which is added to the invoice.
• There is no automatic renewal. You pay for each year yourself, from Billing.
• Online payment opens soon. Until then, paid plans are set up on request: write to support@autofs.in.
• A payment extends your plan by one year from the later of the payment date and your current expiry date.
• Refunds are covered by our Refunds policy.

Plan limits

Each plan limits how many active clients and team logins your firm can have. At the limit you can still view and download everything, but you cannot add clients or team members until you move to a larger plan. If a paid plan expires, your firm has the Free plan's limits: existing clients stay readable, and new Tally pulls and finalising pause until you renew.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the software for anything unlawful, or with data you have no right to use;
• try to reach another firm's data, or to get around a plan limit or a security control;
• overload, probe or disrupt the service, or copy it; or
• share one login between several people.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell the owner why.

Availability

We aim to keep the software available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may pause it for maintenance, and we may change features over time.

Liability

The software is provided as it is. We are not responsible for statements you sign, for decisions made on them, or for loss caused by incorrect data in Tally. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your firm paid us for the software in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vijayawada have jurisdiction.
