Refund Policy
AutoFS is not yet publicly launched and there is no public billing today. This page explains how refunds will be handled once paid plans go live.

No public billing yet
We are in pilot and controlled early access. There are no public paid plans, no self-serve checkout, and no charges collected through the website. If you are taking part in a pilot, the commercial terms are agreed with you directly and are not governed by this page.
When paid plans go live
Once public billing is enabled, refunds will be governed by the billing terms in the Terms of Service and surfaced in your Billing settings before you pay. Those terms describe how cancellations, renewals, and any pro-rata adjustments are handled. We will publish the specific refund window and process here at the same time, so that the policy in effect is the one you can read before being charged.
What you can expect
- Pricing, taxes, and the refund window will be shown clearly before any payment is taken.
- Tax invoices will be issued for every charge, in line with applicable Indian tax law.
- We will not publish a refund commitment until billing, invoicing, and refunds have been tested end to end.
- Any change to this policy will be dated here, and material changes will be notified in advance.
